Preparation
I help you decide which improvements deserve attention and where spending more may not help.
Your advisor
I help Calgary homeowners work through the decisions behind a sale: what to prepare, how to price and when to make a move.

How I work
Before we talk about a listing date, I want to understand what you need from the move. Your timing, priorities and questions shape the plan. You work directly with me from our first conversation through closing, and I explain the reasoning behind my recommendations so you can decide with confidence.
I’m a Calgary REALTOR® with RE/MAX Innovations. My work brings together property-specific valuation, luxury home marketing and the practical details of getting a home ready for buyers.
My focus is detached and estate homes. Comparing them means looking closely at condition, layout, location and competing properties. A price-per-square-foot figure is only a starting point. Begin with a Seller Competition Review to compare the actual alternatives buyers could choose, or request a Private Property Review to discuss your home and timing.

A personal perspective
A move affects much more than an address. School routines, the drive to work and the timing of your next purchase all deserve a place in the conversation. I want the plan to make sense for your life as well as your property.
I help you decide which improvements deserve attention and where spending more may not help.
We look at relevant sales and current competition, then discuss what supports the asking price.
Price matters. So do conditions, deposits and possession. I help you weigh the whole offer.
You hear what buyers are saying, what the response means and what I recommend doing next.
Before we meet
My seller guides and market briefs explain the questions I work through with homeowners: what a comparable sale tells us, which renovations are worth considering and how to respond to the market.

A private introduction
You don’t need to have the whole move figured out. Share your property, your timing and the questions you’re weighing, and we’ll work out a useful next step.
